Refund policy
1. CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?
• Our policy at ClothesOnMyMind does Not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
• Credit points can only be redeemed up till one month from the date of issue. The company would not be allowing exchanges if the time period exceed 30 days.
2. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Our policy at ClothesOnMyMind allows our customer to exchange a garment to another size or design. Please note – We only allow exchange and Not any refunds.
For Exchange process Kindly Follow the steps-

STEP 1 |
Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on hello@clothesonmymind.com If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange. |

STEP 2 |
The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details. |

STEP 3 |
Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email. Please note that we will not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE. |
3. WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been communicated within 5 days of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us hello@clothesonmymind.com In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return
